Senior living community provider Clearwater Living (Newport Beach, Calif.) is planning an assisted living and memory care project in Reno, Nev., according to an article in the Reno Gazette Journal.
The 120-unit Clearwater at Rancharrah will include an on-site restaurant, exhibition kitchen, outdoor dining area, pub, theater and learning center, salon, fitness center, and bocce ball facility.
