Civitas Senior Living (Fort Worth, Texas) has started construction on Long Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care, in Sunnyvale, Texas.
The community will house 50 assisted living suites and 25 memory care apartments with a craft room, wellness/fitness center, walking trail, and other amenities.
