Civitas Capital Group in collaboration with StoneGate Senior Living recently celebrated the grand opening of Simpson Place in Dallas.

The $15 million, 150-unit affordable assisted living facility has more than 95,000 square feet of space and will provide related healthcare support services.

The units feature one-bedroom, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette, spacious closet, resident-controlled heating, and more.

Simpson Place was financed through a public-private partnership that includes multiple municipal organizations and private businesses, including Dallas Housing Authority, city of Dallas, Federal Home Loan Bank, Amegy Bank, and city of Dallas Regional Center.
