Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) and DMK Development Group, a planning, financing, design, and construction services provider, held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new senior living community in Hopkinsville, Ky., according to an article in wkdzradio.com.
Charter Senior Living of Hopkinsville will include 56 assisted living and 25 memory care units, according to an article in the Paducah Sun.
A bistro, multiple dining areas, activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, and fitness center are also planned.
The project is slated for completion by summer 2022.
