Charlestown Retirement Community (Catonsville, Md.), an Erickson Living community, has submitted plans to construct new buildings and is awaiting zoning approval. The plans call for two replacement structures along with the expansion of the parking lot.

Four resident buildings will be demolished to make way for long term care and short-term rehabilitation units, as well as assisted living and memory care units.

Features will include modern and upgraded amenities, and customized meals.
