Healthcare-focused real estate development firm CHA Partners (Bloomfield, N.J.) has opened a new wellness-focused assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and rehabilitation community in East Hanover, N.J.

The 100,000-square-foot Livia integrates smart technology and includes restaurant-style dining, outdoor courtyards, and a Main Street with a theater, gaming room, full-service bar/lounge, beauty salon, and café.

A second Livia facility is slated to open in early 2022 in Totowa, N.J.
