According to “Kane County Chronicle,” Cedarhurst Assisted Living and Memory Care recently broke ground on a senior living community in Yorkville, Ill., called Cedarhurst of Yorkville. In addition to 53 assisted living apartments a memory care wing will be able to hold 20 residents. Amenities will include a library, game room, activity room, restaurant-style dining and movie theater.
Dover Development (Clayton, Mo.) is serving as developer. St. Louis Design Alliance (St. Louis) is serving as architect. And Brahms Construction (Clayton, Mo.) is serving as construction manager.
