Cedar Pointe Health and Wellness Suites recently celebrated its opening in Cedar Park, Texas.
The 120-bed, 64,500-square-foot community will offer skilled nursing care to short-term rehabilitation and extended-stay patients and residents. Private suites and semi-private rooms are available in various designs.
Amenities include a central courtyard with resident suites opening directly onto private stoops within the landscape. Additionally, the building features activity spaces, game rooms, and a wellness suite containing a spa, beauty salon, and large physical therapy gym.
The development team includes Fundamental, SCI Construction, and Pi Architects.
