Canopy Lifestyles (Atlanta) and Campus Realty Advisors (Atlanta) have announced plans to develop a new senior living residence in Braselton, Ga.
The residence will offer independent living, assisted living, as well as memory care services and will be adjacent to the new campus of the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton.
The signature memory care neighborhood, named the Township, will feature 30 private occupancy studio apartments.
Amenities will include personalized transportation services, a cafe for casual dining and a fine dining room, an enclosed salt water pool, walking paths, a fitness center, and a technology center with scheduled events that allow residents to stay connected with loved ones.
The architect for the project is Fouse Architecture & Interiors PC (Atlanta). The senior living residence is scheduled to open in early 2016.
