Cambrian Commons Begins Construction Work

<p>Construction work has begun for the approximately $8.9 million Cambrian Commons in Rosemont, Minn. The new build is the <a href="http://www.dakotacda.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dakota County Community Development Agency</a>'s second senior housing project in Rosemount.</p><p>This 60-unit building will have a mix of one- and two-bedroom units and will be smoke-free. Building amenities will include a community room with kitchen, club room, exercise room, screened porch, laundry facilities, storage lockers, elevator, secured entrances and more.</p>

Construction work has begun for the approximately $8.9 million Cambrian Commons in Rosemont, Minn. The new build is the Dakota County Community Development Agency's second senior housing project in Rosemount.

This 60-unit building will have a mix of one- and two-bedroom units and will be smoke-free. Building amenities will include a community room with kitchen, club room, exercise room, screened porch, laundry facilities, storage lockers, elevator, secured entrances and more.

The project team includes Insite Architects and Eagle Building Co. Construction is expected to be completed by summer 2016.
