Cadence Living (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and Flournoy Development Group (Columbus, Ga.) have broken ground on a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Olney, Md., according to an article in Rebusiness Online.

The 107-unit project will feature a three-story independent and assisted living building and a two-story memory care building.

It will be situated on 37 acres that includes 31 acres of forest preserve.
