Brookdale Madison West Completes Second Phase Of Expansion Project

Brookdale Madison West has completed the second phase of its $18 million expansion project in Madison, Wis. The first phase of the project, completed last year, included a new building for assisted living residents.

Brookdale Madison West, formerly known as Wynwood of Madison West, added a new building with a variety of amenities and capacity to accommodate more than 100 seniors. Two dementia care programs have also been added.

The building features 67 upscale studio-plus and one and two bedroom accommodations, a two-story foyer, a dining area, pub/café, chapel, spa, beauty salon, arts and crafts areas and numerous patios including an outdoor fireplace. There is also a dedicated area for therapy services.
