Not-for-profit Potentia Living Inc. (Pewee Valley, Ky.) is planning a new senior living community in Oldham County, Ky., according to an article in Spectrum News 1.
Located in a former health and rehabilitation facility, the Brighten Heights community will include 102 independent living units, 32 Independent living cottages, 32 assisted living units, and 16 memory care units.
Amenities will include walking paths and a health and performance center.
