Construction is near completion on a new assisted living community, The Brielle at Seaview, in Staten Island, N.Y. The community is being developed by the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty and will be managed by FilBen Group.
The 103,000-square-foot facility features 122 fully-furnished single and double units. It’s located on the Seaview Senior Living Campus, which will also include The Commons, a 10,000-square-foot recreational facility and overnight accommodations for residents’ guests in a beautifully restored landmark building.
