Brandywine Living and Wohlsen Construction recently celebrated the topping out of a new senior living community, Brandywine Living at Livingston in Livingston, N.J . A topping out ceremony marks the placing of the last steel beam on top of the structure.
The $50 million, 120-unit Brandywine community situated on 9 acres will feature a wide array of amenities and services catering to a broad range of wellness goals and lifestyle interests for residents.
Brandywine Living at Livingston expects to welcome its first residents in early 2017.
The project architect is Meyer Design and the general contractor is Wohlsen Construction.
