Brandywine Living At Alexandria Readies For Opening

The six-story senior living community has received its certificate of occupancy.

Brandywine Living at Alexandria has achieved its next significant milestone in Washington, D.C. The project, which is designed to achieve LEED silver certification, recently received its certificate of occupancy.

The six-story, 116-suite community features ground floor retail space and two levels of below grade parking.

Resident amenities include a therapy pool and gym, indoor and outdoor courtyards, a movie theater, beauty salon, a pub, patios, and private dining areas.

The architect is Niles Bolton and Associates and the general contractor is Donohoe Construction Co.
