Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) has started construction on a new assisted living community at Meadow Ridge, a continuing care retirement community in Redding, Conn.
The new two-story unit will feature 20 one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a restaurant-style dining room, recreation room, living area, card room and parlor, library, and two secure outdoor patios. Assisted living residents will also have access to shared amenities at Meadow Ridge, including an auditorium, indoor pool and sauna, fitness center, dog park, tennis court, and driving range.
The project is expected to open in early 2022.
