Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) has started construction on Benchmark at Cedar Grove, a new senior living community in Cedar Grove, N.J., according to a news release.
Situated on 5.5 acres, the 4-story, 145,000-square-foot community will house 138 units offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a pub/bistro, arts and activity spaces, a sports lounge, two hair salons, a wellness center, and exterior courtyards.
The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
