Belmont Village Senior Living recently celebrated a topping out ceremony for its newest assisted living and memory care community in Calabasas, Calif., with the placement of the final steel beam on the three-story structure.
The 105,872-square-foot, Mediterranean-style property is scheduled to open in spring 2018 and will offer 140 residences featuring one-bedroom and studio apartments. Amenities include a professionally managed fitness center, heated saltwater pool, full-service salon, and exterior courtyards with outdoor dining patios and gardens.
Belmont Village is the integrated developer, owner, and operator on the project. The project team also includes Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh (architect); Pacific Coast Land Design (landscape architect); and W.E. O’Neil (contractor).
