Operator Hawthorn Senior Living’s (Vancouver, Wash.) Bear Hollow Estates independent senior living community recently celebrated a grand opening in Rancho Cordova, Calif., according to a news release.
The $46.5 million community includes 149 residential units in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans.
Residents have access to a fitness studio, movie theater, billiards lounge, pub, salon/barbershop, and library. Outdoor amenities include walking paths, raised garden beds, and a fire-pit courtyard.
