Hawthorn Senior Living (Vancouver, Wash.) is set to open Riverwalk Estates in Kennewick, Wash., in June, according to the website tricitiesbusinessnews.com.
The four-story, 149,000-square-foot independent living senior community comprises 149 studio and one-, and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a gym, activity room, library, movie theater, and day spa.
