Beacon Hill, a Lifespace community, will celebrate the start of construction on the approximately $15 million expansion with a special groundbreaking ceremony in Lombard, Ill. The Lombard senior living community is also celebrating its 30th anniversary with a week of special events.
Already home to 516 residents, Beacon Hill senior living community’s expansion project will provide more options and amenities for current residents and meet the changing desires of the newest generation of seniors.
Beacon Hill has partnered with Tremain Architects & Planners Ltd. (Minneapolis), and Walsh Construction (Chicago) to execute the expansion project.
