Beacon Hill Rehabilitation Acquired By Ensign

<p><a href="http://http://www.ensigngroup.net" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Ensign Group Inc.</a>,the parent company of the Ensign group of skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, home health care, hospice care, assisted living and urgent care companies, has acquired Beacon Hill Rehabilitation, a 67-bed skilled nursing facility in Longview, Wash.<br /><br />At acquisition, the occupancy rate at Beacon Hill was approximately 75 percent, and the facility is expected to be mildly accretive to earnings in 2014.</p>
