Avenida Partners (Newport Beach, Calif.) is planning a resort-inspired 55+ active adult community in Loveland, Colo.
The 154-unit Avenida Loveland will feature a modern farmhouse aesthetic and design. The one- and two-bedroom units will include contemporary finishes, walk-in closets, step-in showers, and private patios and balconies.
Situated on 6.5 acres, the 180,000-square-foot, three-story community will include a lounge and observation terrace, private dining room, bistro bar, theater, fitness center and yoga studio, and creative arts studio. Outside amenities will include a pool with an aerobic zone and separate spa, pickle ball court, creek-side picnic area, outdoor entertainment areas with grilling and dining spaces, enclosed dog run, and an observation terrace.
The project team comprises Element Architects (architect; Houston), Brinkman Construction (construction; Loveland) and McWhinney (developer; Loveland).
The community opening is slated for fall 2022.
