Senior living owner and operator Atria Senior Living (Louisville, Ky.) is planning a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in New Rochelle, N.Y., according to an article in Lohud (part of the USA Today Network).
Situated on 11 aces, the three-story, village-oriented The Wilmot Lakeside Living project will feature 190 units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options.
The project team includes Perkins Eastman (architect; New York), KOSL (real estate developer; Mamaroneck, N.Y.), and The Related Companies (real estate developer; New York).
