Atria Senior Living has opened Atria at Foster Square, bringing 155 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments to Foster, City, Calif.
The six-story, 190,000-square-foot building also houses a fitness center, yoga studio, movie theatre, and multiple on-site dining venues, including an upscale restaurant and a cocktail lounge.
Atria at Foster Square is seeking LEED Silver certification and incorporates several green design elements, including energy-efficient appliances, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, and environmentally friendly building materials.
Perkins Eastman was the design firm on the project and Webcor Builders (San Francisco) handled construction.
