The $8 million facility features 85 rooms and is licensed for 117 beds.</p><p>Residents can choose from one- and two-bedroom apartments and studios and four friendship suites. The 78,000 square-foot community also features four courtyards, a theater room, an exercise room, planter boxes for gardening, and a beauty shop.</p>
