Real estate developer NexCore Group (Denver) is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Broomfield, Colo., according to an article in Boulder Daily Camera.
Situated on 5 acres, the three-story 100,808-square-foot project will include 85 assisted living units and 30 memory care units.
NexCore Group has additional facilities in the region, including Louisville, Colo., and Longmont, Colo.
