Senior living development company Braemar Partners (Marietta, Ga.) and operator The Arbor Company (Atlanta) is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Basking Ridge, N.J.
Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge will include 27 assisted living units and 53 memory care units.
The project is expected to break ground in 2021 and open in early 2023.
