Real estate developer Hunt Midwest (Kansas City, Mo.) is planning to build a new assisted living and memory care community in Loveland, Colo., according to an article in Mile High CRE.
Situated on 4.7 acres, the two-story, 78,000-square-foot Capstone at Centerra will feature 56 assisted living units and 32 memory care suites, with accommodations for as many as 114 residents. Integral Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) will manage the community.
The design team includes Pi Architects (architecture; Austin, Texas) and Olsson (land planning and civil engineering; Lincoln, Neb.). Construction is slated to begin in early 2021 and a grand opening is planned for spring 2022.
