Bonaventure Realty Group is developing a new 177,000-square-foot, $31.6 million independent living community in Henrico, Va., reports Richmond Times-Dispatch.
Aspire at Carriage Hill, a four-story community for adults 55 and older expected to open in May 2019, will feature 148 one- and two-bedroom apartments and a variety of amenities.
Solvere Senior Living will manage the property.
