Plans for a new 350,000-square-foot senior housing facility in Forsyth, Ga., are in the works.
As proposed by The ASC Group, Suwanee, Ga., the Peachtree Parkway Senior Housing will feature 263 apartments, a 120,000-square-foot independent living villa, an 83,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility, and two 55,000-square-foot buildings for concierge independent living.
Cost is estimated between $25 million – $100 million, and no timeline for completion is yet in place.
