Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge Planned For New Jersey

The community will include assisted living and dementia care units.

Developer Braemar Partners (Marietta, Ga.) and operator The Arbor Company (Atlanta) have started construction on Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge in Basking Ridge, N.J., according to an article in mycentraljersey.com.

The new community will include 25 assisted living units, 24 units for residents needing added cognitive support, and 29 dementia care units.

Amenities, including gathering spaces, a beauty salon and nail spa, and on-site therapy and rehabilitation, are planned.

The project team includes Meyer Design (architect; Ardmore, Pa.), Faulkner Design Group (interior designer; Dallas), and Wohlsen Construction Company (general contractor; Parsippany, N.J.).

Completion is scheduled for 2023.
