Owner, operator, and third-party manager Validus Senior Living (Tampa, Fla.) has opened Alura by Inspired Living, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Rockledge, Fla.
Situated on 11.3 acres, the 113,935-square-foot community includes 127 units with one- and two-bedroom options. Balconies overlooking a courtyard with bocce ball court and koi pond are also included.
Resort-style amenities include upscale dining, a spa with salon and massage services, sports bar, library, and multipurpose theater.
