Allegro Senior Living recently broke ground on a senior housing community in Winter Park, Fla.
The community is located on 17 acres along the shore of Lake Ann, a private lake in a residential neighborhood. It will feature 158 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care with a total of 174,000 square feet of resort-style experience and amenities.
Other features include a grand fountain entry with a three-story skylight atrium, bistro, as well as a patio with views of the pool and Lake Ann. Residents have several apartment options, many with screened balconies and porches in an environment designed to evoke an intimate but Grand Florida Home experience.
The property will provide luxury accommodations, all-day dining choices including lake side dining, a stadium-style theater, salon and spa.
Bessolo Design Group and Directions in Design were selected to provide the architectural/engineering and interior design services. WELBRO Building Corp. is the general contractor.
