Owner Agemark Senior Living (Elkhorn, Neb.) opened Holland Farms, a $25 million independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Norwalk, Iowa.
Residential units in the independent living and assisted living areas include studio, studio deluxe, one-bedroom, one-bedroom deluxe, and two-bedroom options.
Community-wide amenities include dining rooms, a bistro, patio, walking trails, pub, sunroom, community rooms, library, and salon. The memory care area incorporates smaller dining rooms, a secured courtyard with raised-bed gardens, spa, and wellness office.
