The Scott County Community Development Association (Shakopee, Minn.) is preparing to open a new 55+ affordable senior living community in December, in Jordan, Minn., according to an article in SW News Media.
The 69-unit Brentwood Terrace, managed by Great Lakes Management (Plymouth, Minn.), will offer a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units.
Amenity spaces will include a community room, club room, activity/exercise room, and salon.
The project team includes Urbanworks Architecture (Minneapolis).
