General contractor American Residential Communities LLC (Winter Park, Fla.) and New South Residential LLC (Winter Park) are planning an affordable senior living community in Orlando, Fla., according to an article in the Orlando Business Journal.

The first phase of Madison Landing will be a 77,000-square-foot, seven-story building with 110 units. First-phase construction is expected to be completed in September 2021.

The project team includes Blue Skies Studio (architect; Oviedo, Fla.) and Evans Engineering (civil engineer; Orlando).

A proposed second phase would add another 86 units, but approvals have not been received for that portion yet, according to officials.
