Providence Life Services, Ryan Cos. US Inc., and the Village of Lisle celebrated the official opening of Arbor Place of Lisle with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 15.
Each apartment includes a full-sized kitchen with modern cabinetry and appliances, window treatments, and walk-in closets. Residents also have a living room and common kitchen, a multi-purpose room, a TV/library room, a private courtyard with gazebo, a fitness center, and 94 exterior parking spaces.
The community is in close to retail, offices, healthcare facilities, and a variety of other services. The setting provides privacy and views of the wooded surrounding areas.
Income restrictions apply on all 80 units. This is the second partnership for Providence Life Services and Ryan Cos.
