The Lotus Village Senior Living Community is being planned for Baton Rouge, La., according to an article in brproud.com.
The affordable community will be part of a mixed-used project located in Baton Rouge’s historical Gracie neighborhood and will include 116 residential rental home units, 56 individual buildings, a CareSouth Medical and Dental Geriatric Healthcare facility, fitness center, full-service grocery market, walking paths, and gardens.
The project cost is $22 million.
