Senior living provider Gardant Management Solutions (Bourbonnais, Ill.) is opening an affordable assisted living community in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Evergreen Village at Fort Wayne offers studio and one-bedroom units as well as amenities, including a bistro, private dining room, general store, activity room, lounges, fitness center, recreation room/theater, and library/computer room.
The project team includes The Architectural Team Inc. (designer; Chelsea, Mass.) and T&W Corporation (construction; Indianapolis).
