Cathedral Square (South Burlington, Vt.), a nonprofit developer and operator, is planning a 55+ senior living community in South Hero, Vt., according to an article in VTDigger.
The 33,600-square-foot Bayview Crossing will include 30 units, including 24 designated as affordable and six units for homeless or at-risk seniors. The community will feature one- and two-bedroom options.
The project is slated for completion in September 2022.
