Social services nonprofit organization Samaritas (Detroit) broke ground on a new 55+ affordable senior living community in Muskegon, Mich., according to an article in the Grand Rapids Business Journal.
The $12 million community will include 54 units with modern appliances and spacious closets. The community’s ground level will include a separate commercial space for Samaritas staff.
Completion is expected in late 2022.
