Operator Grand Living (Minneapolis) and contractor/developer Ryan Cos. (Minneapolis) are nearing completion of a new luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in West Des Moines, Iowa, according to an article in Business Rec.
The 230,000-square-foot, five-story Grand Living at Tower Place will include 176 units, three restaurants, a library, craft room, pet spa, massage rooms, beauty salon, a 160-seat performance theater, and space for physicians making rounds.
The $52 million project is slated to open in May.
