NASCON Senior’s (West Bloomfield, Mich.) Keystone Place at Richland Creek celebrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house in O’Fallon, Ill., according to an article in Riverbender.com.
Opened in February, the $39 million community includes 64 independent living units, 66 assisted living units, and 19 memory care units.
Residents have access to common areas, a fitness center, dining room, pub, restaurant-style dining, theater, and activity center.
Holland Construction (Hanover, Pa.) provided construction management, general contracting, and design/build services for the 170,000 square-foot community.
