323-Unit Senior Development Planned For Palm Beach

BRP Senior Housing, an affiliate of Big Rock Partners (Beverly Hills, Calif.), has filed an application in Florida to build an assisted living facility and nursing home in Boynton Beach, Fla.

The developer recently purchased the property for $10 million from Civic Development Group (Boynton Beach, Fla.)

Plans call for a 323-unit senior housing community, with 185 independent living units, 78 assisted living units, and 60 memory care units, reports South Florida Business Journal. A groundbreaking is expected this summer.
