Construction On $24.8M Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel Set To Begin

The community, which will offer 88 apartments, is expected to open in September 2018.

According to “Courier-Post,” Capitol Seniors Housing plans to break ground on a 75,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Mount Laurel, N.J., in July.

Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel, a $28.4 million community, will offer 88 apartments and is expected to open in September of 2018. Planned amenities include a bistro, theater room, art studio, technology lounge, fitness/rehab center, sports theater, patio, courtyard and a two-story water feature.
