Co-developers Woda Cooper Companies (Columbus, Ohio) and nonprofit Parallel Housing held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Timber Ridge, a new affordable senior living community in Davenport, Iowa, according to a news release.
The 62+ community will house 32 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom units in a 3-story building. Resident amenities comprise a multipurpose room with kitchenette, fenced dog park, and outdoor seating.
The project team includes Hooker DeJong Architects (architect; Muskegon, Mich.); Woda Construction (general contractor; a division of Woda Cooper Companies), and IMEG Corporation (civil engineer; Urbandale, Iowa).
