Bridlewood Crossing Affordable Senior Living Breaks Ground In Louisville, Kentucky

The 55+ community will consist of 76 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with amenities including a fitness room, billiards room, and craft room.

Co-developers Woda Cooper Companies (Columbus, Ohio), Wellspring (Louisville, Ky.), and Smith Solutions (Indianapolis, Ind.) held a groundbreaking ceremony for Bridlewood Crossing, an affordable senior living community in Louisville, Ky., according to a news release.

The 55+ community will consist of 76 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

Amenities will include a community room with kitchenette, fitness room, billiards room, and craft room.

Outdoor amenities will include an outdoor grill area with picnic tables and a dog park area.

The project team includes architect Grimm Architecture (Louisville, Ky.), civil engineering firm Blomquist Design Group (Louisville, Ky.), and general contractor Woda Construction (Zanesville, Ohio). The community will be managed by Woda Management & Real Estate (Westerville, Ohio).
