$10M Expansion Planned For CCRC In New Jersey

A renovated lobby, front entrance, and clubhouse  will be included in the project.

Acts Retirement-Life Communities (Fort Washington, Pa.) has started a $10 million renovation and expansion project at The Evergreens (Moorestown, N.J.), a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), according to an article in Patch.

Plans include a fully renovated front entrance, lobby, and clubhouse, which will feature a new bistro, coffee shop, library, theater, wellness center, hair salon, and rehabilitation space, as well as an expanded fitness center and renovated main dining room and game room.

Situated on 32 acres, The Evergreens’ campus includes 200 independent living units, an on-site healthcare center with 66 assisted living units, and a 34-bed skilled nursing center.
